Refund policy

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are accepted for 30 days from the date of receiving your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, GCVintage items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Two t-shirts for £49.95 promotion
In the instance of an order being placed using the 'Two t-shirts for £49.95 promotion' and one t-shirt is returned for a refund, the amount refunded will total the amount of 1 x discounted t-shirt, ie £24.95. If both t-shirts are returned, the amount refunded will be the total order value, ie £49.95.

Two musettes for £17.95 promotion
In the instance of an order being placed using the 'Two musettes for £17.95 promotion' and one musette is returned for a refund, the amount refunded will total the amount of 1 x discounted musette, ie £8.95. If both musettes are returned, the amount refunded will be the total order value, ie £17.95.

Two cycling caps for £32.95 promotion
In the instance of an order being placed using the 'Two cycling caps for £32.95 promotion' and one cycling cap is returned for a refund, the amount refunded will total the amount of 1 x discounted cycling cap, ie £16.45. If both musettes are returned, the amount refunded will be the total order value, ie £32.95.

Free Mystery Musette with selected caps promotion
Full refunds for orders using this promotion will only be accepted if the musette is returned. If the musette is not returned the refund will reflect the difference.
